There seems to be some caching issue going on.
This is the scenario:
- We upload a doco and it appears on the page
- We subsequently click on it and save it on a local drive, modify it and upload it again
- A new version of the doco is then created
However, if you click on the doco link, you get the 'old' version, not the newest one - unless you clear the cache in your browser.
This is most annoying as users keep calling Service Desk for support because they 'lost all the changes made to a file' - in effect, the changes are not lost but we can't ask the users to clear the cache every time they click on a document link to ensure they are really getting its latest version.
