The only way I have found to create a recently updated list of changes for a subset of pages within a space, is to use the labels parameter in the recently-updated macro. Unfortunately, when I use the labels parameter, this only returns changes to pages with the assigned label(s). It does not include attachments added to those pages or comments added to those pages. I assume this is because the label(s) is not assigned to attachments and comments internally.

When using the labels parameter, all changes which affect a page with that label should be returned.

Alternatively, there should be a way to limit the recently-updated macro to pages; not just to spaces.
