When I try to import a RSS feed as

{jiraissues:..}

or

{rss:..}

I get the following ParseException on a red background:

jiraissues: ParseException: Error on line 57: Attribute name "noshade" associated with an element type "HR" must be followed by the ' = ' character.

jiraissues is sometimes replaced by rss ... but the same error occurs. This may be related to CONF-833.
