Error Pages should refer to SITE ADMINSTRATORS

    Description

      Nice for beta to say "send mail to confluence support"
      But for the release could it say send mail to the site admin?

      Site admins would really like to know when there is a problem, and if page says send mail to atlassian, the site admin may not know.

      Site admins may be the only ones who can package up the information for a bug, especially when that bug prevents a backup.
