      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be awesome if the feeds could support RFC-4685* (Atom Threading Extensions) enabling readers to be able to tell if comments have been added to a page. Apache Abdera** could be used to implement this (and more generally improve Atom support).
