Authenticated RSS feeds timeout to login screen in Thunderbird

      Thunderbird 2.0.0

      Feeds that authenticate using os_username and os_password will timeout to the login screen after a certain time period when viewed from a default Thunderbird install. If a feed is authenticated, the user should not be required to login.

      To duplicate:
      1 Setup a new authenticated RSS feed
      2 View some posts
      3 Leave Thunderbird overnight
      4 Try to view a post

      When this occurs, the only solution is to restart Thunderbird.
