Jira Issues Macro does not respect Confluence formatting settings

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set decimal number formatting in /admin/viewgeneralconfig.action
   
2. Create new page with Jira Issues Macro and addd column that is a custom Jira field of type Number

Expected Results

Column is formatted according to set Decimal Number Format

Actual Results
