Issue Summary
There are primarily two problem seen.
(1.) Upon changing the column width for second or first column, for an example, it affect the other column width.
(2.) Also the column you are actively changing can shift to a different size as soon as you release the mouse.
This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes
Steps to Reproduce
Step-1. Create a table on a page as per screenshot.
Step-2. Upon changing the column width for second or first column, for an example, it affect the other column width. Also the column you are actively changing can shift to a different size as soon as you release the mouse.

Expected Results
Other column width should not change upon changing the column width for second or first column.
The column you are actively changing should stay at the width as soon as you release the mouse.
Actual Results
Other column width change upon changing the column width for second or first column.
Also the column you are actively changing can shift to a different size as soon as you release the mouse.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
