.Issue Summary

Unicode mark characters are silently rejected when entered as image title and alt text attributes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page
2. Add an image to the page
3. Open image properties panel (select Properties > Title)
4. Add สวัสดี to image title and alt text
5. Save changes and save page
6. Edit page and view image properties

Expected Results

Text is saved as image title and alt text

Actual Results

Both fields are blank

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
