The label links in Recently used Labels (in preview mode) can not be resolved

Issue Summary

Using the Recently used Labels in Confluence page in preview mode, the links for the labels resulted in a Page Not Found Error. The issue is reproducible in Confluence v7.13.16, v7.19.6, v7.19.8, and 7.20.3. 

For Confluence v8.0.4, v8.1.4, and v8.2.1, the links are working as expected. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Insert a Recently used Labels
3. Click the one of the label links

Expected Results

The links should work. The link format should be: 

<BASE_URL>/label/<SPACE_KEY>/<LABEL_NAME>

Actual Results

The links are not resolved because the link format is: 

<BASE_URL>/pages/$req.contextPath/label/<SPACE_KEY>/<LABEL_NAME>

Workaround

Upgrade Confluence to one of the versions which is not affected (v8.0.4, v8.1.4, v8.2.1, etc.)
