fixed width table is not being respected on the new version 7.19.X and acting as responsive table

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a new page
2. create a table , select fixed width
3. add content to the table

Expected Results

Since we selected fixed width, even if we add more content column width would be fixed

Actual Results

The column is acting as responsive width and not fixed width

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
