Add missing JVM arg to Confluence archive

      The atlassian-confluence-8.3.0-m31 archive specifies several JVM --add-opens flags in jpms-args.txt and catalina.sh.

      However, an additional flag is still needed in order for ScriptRunner for Confluence to be enabled while using Java 17. I can see

      java.lang.reflect=ALL-UNNAMED

      is already added for the Jira archive, but not for Confluence. This flag is necessary for the app to function.
