      Issue Summary

Confluence 7.19.7 with a changed color scheme to match the company logo does not display that scheme color in the top bar at the login screen if the browser has its cache clear or in incognito/private mode
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Confluence 7.19.7
      2. Go to Administration > Site Logo and Favicon
      3. Choose File > select your logo and save it
      4. Confluence should change its color scheme to match the logo colors
      5. Log out of Confluence
      6. Clear browser cache or go to incognito/private mode and open the login page

      Expected Results

For the top bar to match the logo color scheme

      Actual Results

Top bar is displayed in the default blue Confluence color

      Workaround

Insert color scheme as a stylesheet.

      1. Login to Confluence and the correct top bar color should be displayed
      2. Open the browser developer tools and refresh the page
      3. In the browser developer tools > network section look for the color.css and click on it
      4. Go to the response section and copy the entire response
      5. In Confluence go to Administration > Stylesheet > Edit it and paste the color.css response in it > Save it
