While the Anonymous Access is enabled, page restrictions should not be allowed to be set by an Anonymous user. Currently when an Anonymous user clicks on the "Groups" search icon on the "Restrictions" link on "Edit" tab in a page, NPE is thrown (restrictions groups.txt error file is attached) and when the "Me" radio button is checked, and saved, NPE is thrown again (restrictions ME.txt error file is attached). Either the page restrictions should not be allowed for Anonymous user or a message should be issued to the user informing that an anonymous user cannot set page restrictions.
