When an update is performed on a transactional cache from outside of a database transaction the following warning appears in the logs:

WARN [http-8080-Processor20] [atlassian.confluence.cache.TransactionalCacheFactory] before Transactional cache update outside transaction

This should be changed to offer advice on how to fix the problem:

e.g.

"Transactional cache update outside transaction. All updates on this cache should be performed from a thread with a valid transaction context"
