Text gets rotated 180 degrees when previewing a PDF file with "Ansi" encoding

Issue Summary

When a PDF file is previewed in a page using "PDF" macro, the text that has "Ansi" encoding gets rotated 180 degrees when the page is viewed. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a sample PDF file with text and set encoding to "Ansi"
2. Upload and Insert the pdf file in the page using "PDF" macro
3. Publish the the page

Expected Results

The text in the PDF file should render correctly

Actual Results

The text in the PDF file renders incorrectly (rotated 180 degrees)

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
