Confluence Roadmap Planner date picker doesn't work properly in US timezone

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Space
2. Create a Page
3. Set browser time zone to America/New_York (UTC-5) 
4. Insert roadmap macro
5. Choose date using Roadmap Planner date picker
6. Click any date on the date picker

Expected Results

The date on the Confluence page reflects the date you clicked.

Actual Results

The date inserted is one day prior to the date you clicked. 

The other date field is changed as well.

Workaround

Set the date to 1 day greater than the date you'd like to use.
