Issue Summary

Unnecessary color information is announced for the screen reader user in the customized table cells.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the Confluence editor, add a table.
2. In the table add some content in the header and add some color to the table header.
3. Publish the page.
4. In the publish paged, keeping the screen reader on, navigate to the customized table header & cells
5. Observe the feedback from the screen reader.

Actual Results

In the table for customized headers & cells for the added tables in the published page, the color details are announced unnecessarily to the screen reader users. The color information such as "Background colour : Dark orange 85%" is announced to the screen reader users. This unnecessary information creates an unpleasant experience for the screen reader users.

Expected Results

The color information and the tooltip information should not be available to the screen reader users. Remove the title such as "title="Background colour : Dark orange 85%" from the source code of table cells.

Workaround
