Support "com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver" MySQL driver class in Confluence

      Since `com.mysql.jdbc.Driver` has been deprecated and replaced by `com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver` as per Connector 8.0 notes. Update setup and documentation for Confluence & Synchrony to support the new driver classname.
