Problem

In earlier versions of Confluence (7.4.17 was tested), the formatting button was highlighted when one of the text formatting options was enabled in the editor. In versions as early as Confluence 7.13.7, using the formatting options no longer shows any indication that the feature is enabled. 

• Confluence 7.4.17 using Monospace formatting option

Environment

Confluence 7.13.7 - 7.19.x

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using Confluence 7.13.7 or later, open a page in the editor
2. Click on the formatting button and select one of the options there
3. Enter text in the editor and it's possible to visually confirm that the feature is enabled 

Expected Results

Enabling one of the formatting options provides an indicator, ie button highlighting, to show that formatting is enabled.

Actual Results

While the formatting is applied, there is no visual indicator in the editor that one of the formatting options is enabled.
