Issue Summary
Table Filter and Charts for Confluence macro does not appears in edit mode unless Confluence page is refreshed. The issue seems to be somewhat related with collaborating editing as well as the issue is not seen if synchrony is off.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no) - Yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Confluence ( any version ) but we tested on v7.19.0
- Install Table Filter and Charts for Confluence v9.5.1
- Create a Table as show in the recording
- Now create Pivot Table from that table as shown in the recording ( Once the table is created do not refresh the page )
- Now edit the page ( do not do any updates in that page now ) and you will see that the table is not displayed inside the macro but it just shows some border box lines
- Now close the page and refresh the page now, you will see that the table is reflecting perfectly inside the macro and this can be tested with a new table creation on a new page as shown in the recording.
- The same issue is not seen if collaborating editing is off meaning after generating the pivot table and then editing the page ( without page refresh )
Expected Results
The table should reflect inside the macro without refreshing the page after the pivot table is created
Actual Results
The table does not reflects inside the macro without refreshing the page after the pivot table is created
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
