Allow admins to (bulk) delete the profile pictures of the unsynced users

      Issue Summary

      Unsynced Users menu should have delete (all) users profile picture option to avoid breaking GDPR law.

      Expected Results

      Selecting the option will result in all/single profile picture of the unsynced users to be deleted. 

      Actual Results

      There is not a feature besides deleting the unsynced user account.

      Workaround

      Delete all unsynced users one by one.
