Problem

While trying to add an inline comment to a word contained by any macro title (case sensitive), the users receive the error below:
We can't add your inline comment; the section you highlighted may contain a macro or user mention. Try highlighting plain text.

Note : This bug impacts both System and Third-Party Plugins

Tested Macros

• Expand
• Content By User
• Note
• Cheese
• ui-tabs from third-party plugin

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Edit mode, add a macro listed above to the page.
2. Insert text in the title if possible.
3. Add a string or substring of this title anywhere on the page.
4. Save the page
5. Highlight the text and click on comment icon.

Expected Results

Inline Comment should be added successfully.

Actual Results

Inline comment fails to be added!
