Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page A, insert a table in it with some data
2. Click on copy row ( or copy column)
3. Create page B, insert a table in it with some data
4. Now you don't see the paste row (or paste column) option highlighted on Page B

Expected Results

You should be able to copy the row/column of the table from one page and paste it into another page table. It is working as expected on version 7.13.7 but not working on 7.19.2

Workaround

Use OS provided copy and paste (Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V)
