Atlassian Companion App behind Forward proxy which requires authentication

      Problem

      Atlassian Companion App cannot be used if Confluence is accessible through a Forward Proxy which requires authentication.
      The app is showing HTTP 407 errors when attempting to connect to Confluence through the forward proxy.

      Suggested Solution

      Why This Is Important

      This may allow the Companion App to work with Confluence accessible only through Forward proxy without creating exceptions in the current customer network configuration.

      Workaround

      Allow a direct connection between Companion App and Confluence
