Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

"Create from template" macro vanishes from page, when you click on Create button, via "..." in the navigation bar

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page, edit it, and add a "Create from template" macro button. Publish the page.
2. Now open the published page, you will see the "create from template" macro on it.
3. Now, If you want to create a page from a template in the navigation bar next to the Create button, via "...", Once you click on the option, the "create from template" macro on the created page vanishes.
4. If you change your mind, and don't create the new page, the macro is still missing.
5. If you reload the page, Macro would be available on the page.

Expected Results

The "create from template" macro should be available even if the user clicks on create a page from a template in the navigation bar next to the Create button, via "..."

Actual Results

The "create from template" macro disappears from the page. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
