Confluence "Jira Issue Macro" shows "Due Date" Field as Blank

      Issue Summary

Confluence "Jira Issue Macro" shows "Due Date" field as blank. The column is visible in Confluence page, but due dates are missing for the Jira Issues.

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create Jira issue in any Jira Software version
      2. Configure the field "Due Date" for the project if not configured.
      3. Create test Jira Issue and add "Due Date"
      4. Create Application Link with Confluence version 7.19.1.
      5. Create a test page and add Jira Filter Issue.
      6. Insert the JQL query which results with the issue created in step 3.
      7. Insert the Jira Filter Issue and view the confluence page.
Note : I have tested on Confluence 7.19.0 and it works fine. Only Confluence 7.19.1 is affected.

      Expected Results

Jira Issue filter should show the "Due Date" data on the confluence page.

      Actual Results

Only the "Due Date" Field/column is visible, subsequent due dates related to the Jira issues are rendered as blank.

      Workaround

Due to the impact of this issue and CONFSERVER-80139: Jira Issue Macro can fail to load in a clustered Confluence Data Center 7.13.10 (fixed in Confluence Server and Data Center 7.13.11), we have release a custom JAR file that includes the fix.

      To implement the fix, please

      1. Download the new file from https://packages.atlassian.com/maven-external/com/atlassian/confluence/plugins/confluence-jira-plugin/11.5.10/
Please be careful when installing JAR files from the internet as they are executable code. In this case the JAR file is hosted on a known Atlassian domain, but we generally recommend against doing this
      2. In Confluence, click the Cog icon on the top right, and click Manage Apps
      3. On the Manage Apps page, click Upload App
      4. Select the downloaded JAR file, and click Upload
      5. Wait for the installation to complete
      6. Perform a rolling restart on the cluster (restarting one node, waiting for it to come back up, restarting the next node)
This is required to fix an issue with a misconfigured cache
