      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. User B create a page
      2. User A watch the page
      3. User B like the page

      Expected Results

      User A get like notification

      Actual Results

      User A don't get like notification

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
