Clicking diagnostic logging button has no effect when language is French or German

      Issue Summary

      Clicking on the Diagnostic button doesn't update the packages log level if language is set to French. Looking at the requests made in the browser there are no failures.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set Confluence language to French
      2. Set browser Language to French as first language
      3. Go to Journalisation et profiling
      4. Click Diagnostique button

      Expected Results

      Package log levels increased to DEBUG level where required.

      Actual Results

      Package log levels unchanged.

      Workaround

      Change the language to English and enable the Diagnostic mode
