Would it be possible to add a save button to the top of the page when you are in the Edit groups page for a user? Currently, there is only a save button at the bottom of the page, which is fine if you only have a few groups. When you have like 100 groups to choose from it would make it easier if there was a save button at the top instead of having to scroll down to the bottom each time you are assigning groups to users.
