I've created numerous procedures in confluence and often one of the steps is send an email.

Please can I have a macro to automate this - such that when someone clicks on a link it sends an email which is preformatted

For example:

Send an email from mygroup@mycompany.com to finance_group@mycompany.com with subject Error in XXX report * *detail Please send confirmation it's ok to continue

Send an email from mygroup@mycompany.com to finance_group@mycompany.com with subject XXX report is ok * *detail No action is necessary
