Pasting a chart or image from Office MSO to Chrome on Windows doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup Confluence 7.18.0 or later
2. Windows Server 2018 Datacenter 1809 17763.2928 (Amazon Workspaces 5.1.0.2370)
3. Microsoft® Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2205 Build 16.0.15225.20278) 64-bit
4. Google Chrome Version 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)
5. Create a page
6. Copy & paste a image or chart from Word to Confluence editor

Expected Results

Should upload the image and paste into editor

Actual Results

Nothing happens

Workaround

• Use Firefox instead
• Use office 2019 or online Office 365 instead
• Download the image and upload the image manually.
