Issue Summary

Images must have alternate text

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Confluence homepage.
2. Navigate to the "Welcome to the Confluence" Section
3. Navigate to the "Upcoming Events" section and navigate to the "profile icon".

Actual Results

On the Confluence page, the Profile icon image has missing alt text. When the user navigates to the "Upcoming Events" section, the profile icon and username are available content, but when the screen reader tries to interact with them, they could not get any information from the image as there is a missing alt text for the particular informative image.

Expected Results

Provide alternate text for all the informative images using the "alt" attribute. Ensure that the alternate text is descriptive of the image's purpose such as (Username).
