Currently, the author of the page always gets a notification when someone likes that page, Even when they no longer follow the page/ stopped watching the page.

While the rest of the users can stop notifications by following a few steps, the author would always get a notification.

It would be nice to have an option to disable notifications on the page where you are an author and no longer want to receive the notifications.

Reasons could be:

1. You are a system admin who created the page for some other users.
2. User moved departments/Projects internally after creating the page and No longer takes care of the page
