Issue Summary

When you edit the normal text and save it, the scroll position will be same as you save it.
However, after editing the text in the Info panel and save it, the scroll position will be different from edit mode when returning to the reference mode.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

• Step 1: Create the document like "Info panel + Info panel + text".
• Step 2: Edit the sentence in 2nd Info panel in the document, and save it.
  • example: Edit "CHAPTER III." in 2nd Info panel,
• Step 3: After editing complete, back to the reference mode.

Expected Results

After back to the reference mode, the scroll position in Browser will back to the same position as you saved at Step 2.

Actual Results

After back to the reference mode, the scroll position in Browser won't back to the same position as you saved at Step 2.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
