    Issue Summary

    Missing "title" attribute for Preview iframe.

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Launch the URL
    2. Edit the page 
    3. Navigate to "Insert more content" and activate the link, dropdown gets displayed and then activate "table of content" option in the dropdown.
    4. Observe that the "Insert macro" modal dialog appears, just below the "preview" functionality the iframe section can be seen.

    Actual Results

    When the user navigates to the "preview" iframe (i.e just below the "preview" link) with the help of screen reader software, screen reader will announce that there is an iframe but will not provide an informative label for it because the iframe does not have title attribute provided. This will make it difficult for assistive technology users.

    Expected Results

    The “Preview” iframe must have a title attribute. This helps screen reader users understand that they are navigating inside an iframe. 

    Add a "title" attribute with a descriptive value that is "Preview" to the iframe.

    Workaround

    Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
