Issue Summary
Outgoing Links are displaying internal links as external in Page Information.
Adding an URL as a hyperlink with a different page title will be displayed as an external link even if the base URL belongs to that same server. Copy and paste a link from another page, it will appear as an inside link but if we add the URL as a hyperlink with a different title, it is displayed as an external link.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page (A).
- Create a second page(B).
- Copy the link from page A.
- Edit page B.
- Paste the link from page A to page B.
- Below the link you just pasted, write any text, and then hyperlink this text with the same link you posted above, and save the page.
- Go to the page information (B) and check the Outgoing Links.
- We have the same link, the first one is just pasted on the page, and the second one is pasted but as a hyperlink, we got it interpreted as an external link in the second situation.

Expected Results
The page information displays internal links as internal and references the correct space.
Actual Results
The page information displays internal links as external links and no reference.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
Although copying and pasting the URL appears to solve the problem, some clients already have many pages with this issue, therefore further analysis would be appreciated.
