The Confluence editor is slow to load when collaborative editing is enabled

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Confluence page with a large amount of content (such as a large table)
2. Edit the page
3. Observer the initial load time of the editor

Expected Results

The editor is loaded promptly

Actual Results

The page takes a prolonged time to load

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
