After deploying the WAR version of Confluence 2.3/2.3.1 and configuring it to run with Websphere, the instance of Confluence does not work properly; you cannot edit or comment any pages and all the icons are missing.

The following is a list of problems found:

1. The edit view is severely distorted - edit pane is really small and unusable
2. Cannot change between views - stuck on Rich Text, cannot switch to Wiki or Preview
3. Commenting does not work
4. Restrictions and Labels don't work in Edit view
5. All icons are missing; favourites does not set when clicked.
6. Changes are not saved when editing
