Ability to migrate users/group to LDAP repository

      Provide clear road map how migrate from hibernate/osuser deployment to LDAP registry deployment. This feature is needed in situations when Confluence was originally deployed with say hibernate user registry. Later it needs to be migrated to LDAP registry with users, groups and content intact.
