      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

      A blob image as below cannot be saved correct in editor. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Copy an image from Mac OS Notes
      2. Paste it into Confluence editor

      Expected Results

      It should trigger upload

      Actual Results

      Image is pasted but upload doesn't start

      Workaround

      Save the image and upload again
