People Directory throws NullPointerException

      To reproduce:

      • Open the homepage (dashboard): http://confluence.atlassian.com/dashboard.action when not logged in.
      • Goto People Directory
      • Enter a name (e.g. "andreas") into the search field, press enter.
      • -> The people list with andreas appears.
      • Click "Log in" in the upper right corner
      • enter user information
      • -> NullPointerException
