View Space - Space Overview : Action cannot be performed by keyboard alone

Steps to reproduce

1. Open URL to the page
2. Navigate to Spaces and select page from "Recent pages"
3. Navigate to the checkboxes under "Complete these tasks to get started".
4. Try to access "Customise the home page", "Create additional pages", "Write a blog post", "Manage permissions" and observe whether checkboxes are accessible through keyboard.

Actual behaviour

When user attempt to access and activate the checkboxes "Customise the home page", "Create additional pages", "Write a blog post", "Manage permissions" does not receives keyboard focus. due to which keyboard and screen reader users are not able to access the functionality associated with checkboxes.

Expected result

Users should be able to navigate to the page using keyboard. Provide tabindex="0" to the checkbox items.
