Move a Page - Welcome Home Modal : Action cannot be performed by keyboard alone

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open URL to the page.
2. Navigate and activate "Spaces".
3. Select any "Space" available in recent spaces once dropdown is expanded.
4. Navigate and activate "More options" available after share link.
5. Activate "Move" within "More options".
6. Navigate and activate "Browse" button.
7. Navigate to "Space" dropdown available under "Click to select the new parent page for this page and its children.".
8. Expand "Space" dropdown and select "Demonstration space"
9. Once new dropdown "Demonstration space" get available observe options such as "Expand" and "Sort Alphabetically " are missing keyboard support.

Actual Behaviour

When user attempts to access "Expand" and "Sort Alphabetically " button available under "Demonstration Spaces" it is observed that keyboard support is missing and keyboard only user won't be able to use functionality associated with "Expand" and "Sort Alphabetically " button.

Expected Result

When user attempts to access "Expand" and "Sort Alphabetically " button should receive keyboard support making sure keyboard only user can perform expand/collapse and sorting action.
