Steps to Reproduce

1. Open URL to the page
2. Navigate to "User profile" and activate
3. Navigate to "Saved for later" and activate it
4. Now hover on "User name" link
5. Observe using keyboard alone same functionality is not accessible

Actual Behaviour

Modal dialog that become available when user hovers on "User name" present after page by is having keyboard support.

However, in order to make the modal dialog available mouse hover is the only option with no alternative method for keyboard only user is provided. hence modal dialog is not available for keyboard only user.

Additionally, When modal dialog becomes available focus moves in at the end of the page.

Similar issue is found on following pages:

•View profile -> Network

•View profile -> Profile

Expected Result

Alternate method should be provided for keyboard only user in order to make modal dialog available.

Additionally, focus should move in modal dialog when it is activated so that keyboard only user won't have to tab repeatedly to access content available inside modal. This would also help screen reader user to navigate properly.
