View profile - network : Combobox is missing appropriate roles or attributes

Issue Summary

The "Username" element which is present in main content area when user activates "Network" link is functioning like a combo-box but missing ARIA roles/attributes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to "Profile picture for <username>" link present in header region
2. Navigate to "Saved for Later" link and activate it.
3. Navigate to "Network" link and activate it.
4. Inspect the "username" element present in main content area and observe that the element is missing role/attributes.

Actual Behaviour

The element "User name" functions like a combo-box but is missing required ARIA roles and attributes due to which screen reader users not able to interact with it effectively.

Expected Behaviour

The element "User name" should be coded with role="combobox" appropriately with attributes such as aria-haspopup="listbox", role="option" provided for combo-box items etc.
