Issue Summary

In search dialog, incorrect role of 'Menuitem' is provided to the checkboxes such as "Demonstration Space", "Test space", etc present under "space" popup.

The similar issue is applicable for the checkboxes under following popups:

• Contributor
• Type 
• Date 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Confluence Homepage.
2. Navigate to the 'search' button inside header section & activate it.
3. Navigate inside the search dialog.
4. Navigate to the buttons such as "Space", "Contributor", etc present under 'Filter by' section & activate it.

Actual Results

While navigating with screen reader, when user navigate to the checkboxes such as "Demonstration Space", "Test space", etc present under "space" popup, the screen reader announces them as "menu items" incorrectly.

This makes screen reader users difficult to understand the purpose of the checkboxes.

Expected Results

The checkbox element should not have the role="menuitem" in the source code. Remove the role attribute from the checkbox input elements.

The screen reader should announce them as checkbox elements.

Workaround
