Issue Summary

When exporting a space to XML as a Confluence admin and that space has restricted pages, those restricted pages are not exported.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Restrict pages on space so the Space admin can't view then.
2. As a space admin start a xml export of that space.

Expected Results

As a space admin initiated xml export it should have every page on the space even the restricted ones.

Actual Results

Any page that is restricted to the admin will not be shown for export and consequently not exported to the xml file.

Workaround

Before starting the export, Remove all restrictions at the space
