Description
Problem Definition
With the current space retention rules in place, if we have the Mail Server From name field specification set up as ${fullname} (Confluence), when editing an attachment we'll receive an email notification stating that an Anonymous user account removed the version of the file.
Suggested Solution
Switch the Anonymous user account with an admin user account or a different name that doesn't sound ambiguous, as if an anonymous user removed the file version.
Why this is important
The way the notification comes over right now doesn't differentiate if the action of removing a file version was made by the space retention rule or by an actual anonymous user, causing confusion.
