Space groups should be accessible via the dashboard. To make this happen, a new tab, named "Groups", should be added to the macro and it should only show up when one more Space Groups is available to the user. In non-shared mode, all space groups will be accessible, whether they contain spaces or not. In shared mode, only space groups that contain accessible spaces will be available. The UI for browsing spaces in a group should resemble the UI for Teams.

This change should be 100% backwards compatible for the major of Confluence installations that don't use Space Groups.
